Sales Representative
Sells new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Study: Automotive
- Experience: Up to 3 years in Sales or Customer Service.
F & I Manager
Coordinates the sale of finance and insurance programs to customers. Works with lenders and financial institution to provide financial services to dealership customers.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Study: Automotive, Business
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Sales, Dealership Finance, Related Laws, or AFIP Certification
Sales Manager
Leads the Sales Department in the areas of operations, sales, performance results, employee supervision, and customer satisfaction.
- Education: Associate's Degree
- Study: Automotive
- Experience: 5+ years in sales or management with knowledge of the automotive industry
